On Wednesday, March 12, Cheyenne Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a burglary at a residence in the 2700 block of Olive Drive.

Responding officers found that the house was broken into, and an item was stolen from inside. The incident followed two prior burglaries on Tuesday, March 11 that occurred in the same neighborhood.

A citizen captured surveillance video of the suspect and posted a photo on social media. The photo led to several tips that identified the suspect as a 16-year-old teenage male from Cheyenne.

The teen was arrested without incident and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center on charges related to the burglary.
